Wilderness is set to open its doors this week, with the festival taking place for the first time in two years due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event, which takes place on the Cornbury Park estate, will see revellers return to sample their impressive offering, which spans music, the arts, food and wellbeing.

Wilderness Festival takes place this year from August On the first day of the festival, Thursday, car parks open from 10am, campsites and gates from noon and the main arena from 2pm. Holly Humberstone has since been replaced on the line-up by Self Esteem. There are no electricity or water hook-ups available Gas cylinders must be under 7kg. No more than 1 per vehicle. Companion Tickets - We operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible guests. Only available for teen and adult tickets. If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket. If you do not fit the criteria for a Companion ticket but still wish to bring someone and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make a ticket available to book.

For those of you who prefer not to camp, choose this option and use your wristband to come and go from the festival, as long as it's within the gate times, released nearer to the festival.

What better way to start your weekend than by joining Red Fox Cycling and extending it into the perfect mini-break with their ride to Wilderness? Starting in Richmond London, you'll cycle through the beautiful Thames-side towns of Berkshire and the picture-perfect villages of rural Oxfordshire.

You'll camp overnight in a woodland retreat, getting to know each other around the campfire or over dinner in a quaint village pub. With guides and a support van on hand, providing food, mechanical support and plenty of encouragement. They can even bring you and your bike back to Richmond after the festival. This ride is open to cyclists of all levels and ability, you just need to be moderately fit and capable of cycling approximately 46 miles per day.

Camping is included in the price of your ticket, so if you're planning to stay at the festival you need to choose which campsite you would like to stay in before booking your ticket. Meadow Featuring unfurnished, pre-pitched accommodations, you can only stay here if you book these on top of your festival ticket. Quiet For those of you who want extra shut eye. No portable sound systems or children under eight.

Family With baby changing facilities and a family welfare tent, if you're bringing little ones, this is the one for you. Live-In Vehicle Our only campsite that can accommodate live-in vehicles and tents, to stay here you must also book a Live-In Vehicle Pass 1 per 6x7m pitch.

Accessibility Our dedicated accessibility campsite with facilities to accommodate accessibility festivalgoers. Wilderness welcome deaf and disabled guests and are working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible for everyone. They operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible guests. Book the required number of festival tickets minus companion and then submit with supporting documentation via the Accessibility Application Form. The companion ticket is provided on the expectation that they are willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
