I glossed over one particular baddie's description too quickly and didn't realize that after killing it I had to be able to select at least 3 gold coins followed by the baddie's icon to totally remove him. But once you start taking more damage, it's not consistent how much damage is absorbed by the armour and how much is transfered to health.

If it break your armour you lose 1 point in armour and take no damage else nothing happen. What happen if you have more enemies than your current armour.
