Very beautiful and large complex. Generally excellent staff and service and a comfortable room. A lot of amenities and very clean hotel. They are also activities for all ages, it's really great when H10 Rubicon Palace is the ideal place if you need to relax yourself.

Waiters of first class, cleaning very efficient, Guest Relations were so friendly and Volcan restaurant is the best in the Visited for a week with my partner. Knew it was a family hotel but booked as it said there was adult only areas. Unless you pay for privilege there are very few adult areas.
