Guests to this event should expect the following modifications to their Zoo experience: Smaller crowds because there are limited tickets for this event. Holiday music throughout the park will be turned off for the evening. Strobing, flashing and blinking light effects will be dramatically reduced throughout the Zoo. It is important that you arrive at the Santa Experience at your reservation time. Your reservation will expire 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Once the Zoo photographer takes the photo, guests may take their own photo at the pre-designated location.
